The FEYReP Climate Action is a transformative initiative of the Family Empowerment and Youth Reorientation Path-Initiative (FEYReP), designed to position young peoples and families as key drivers of environmental restoration, climate resilience and sustainable development. Rooted in the principles of equity, justice, and inter-generational responsibility, the program mobilizes communities to actively engage in reforestation, regenerative agriculture, biodiversity conservation and greenhouse gas reduction. By combining grassroots education, skills training and advocacy, it empowers participants to lead impactful community-based climate actions while fostering partnerships that align with national and global sustainability targets. Through this approach, FEYReP is building a climate-resilient future where youth and families are not just beneficiaries but active architects of environmental change. and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
The FEYReP Nursery and Seed Bank is a community-based plant nursery established to raise and supply healthy economic and climate friendly crops. The nursery produces a wide range of plants such as cocoa, oil palm, pepper, coconuts and other economic trees, ensuring farmers and communities have access to quality planting materials for reforestation, agroforestry and sustainable farming. It serves as a hub for environmental restoration and livelihood empowerment through the provision of resilient, high-yielding seedlings.
FEYReP Advocacy and Community Engagement empowers communities through awareness campaigns, education, and participatory programs, fostering collective action for climate resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and environmental stewardship.
FEYReP Ecosystem Restoration and Biodiversity Conservation Project focuses on conserving natural habitats, protecting endangered species, and restoring degraded environments. It promotes tree planting, sustainable farming, and community-driven conservation efforts to maintain ecological balance and enhance climate resilience.
